How You Can Make Substantial Money Online Easily

There are basically only three ways in which you can make any considerable amount of money from Internet.

Firstly you can create your own product and sale it through your own website. Lots of people are making boat load of money this way.

The second option is creating your own network of sites or Blogs and making money by letting others to place advertisement on your site.

Thirdly you can make money by helping others to market their products. This is popularly known as the affiliate marketing.

Out of these basic three ways of making money the third one is most suitable for beginners who have little or no money to invest and have very little experience under their belt.

The first option of creating own product and marketing the same requires lots of experience and domain knowledge. And in case your product doesn’t receive warm welcome from the market you will have to create another product and repeat the whole cycle again. And all this requires lots of money.

Whereas the second option is considerably easier, but your earnings will be substantial only when you have a lots of website visitors frequenting your sites and blogs every day. Building high volume of traffic will take time and continuous effort on your part. If you can take the challenge successfully you can make good money from ad revenues.

In my opinion the third one or affiliate marketing is the best option for making money from Internet. Here you don’t have to create a new product, neither you are concerned with shipping or any other day to day issues. You only help the vendor sell his products.

You don’t require a high traffic site. Because to make a sale you don’t require lots of traffic what you require is a handful of targeted traffic. The plus point of affiliate programs is unlike ad networks affiliates networks pay very handsome commissions which can be as high as 75 per cent, most of the times it is around 30 to 50 per cent.

Another plus point is you can make money without ever having your own site. So even if you are not tech savvy you can make money from Internet.

But like everything there is a learning curve. To be successful in affiliate market you need to learn the basic tricks and techniques. You need to invest little time in learning the ropes. Getting started without preparation is easy way to failure.

There are many good guidebooks available on affiliate marketing. Even you can get some good piece of advice for free from net itself. Go through at least one good guidebook or spend some time on Internet and find information about affiliate marketing. There is lots of money to be made from continuously expanding Internet economy. Don’t forget to grab your share.

Buying Penny Stocks - The Absolute Best Way For Beginners to Trade the Stock Market

Buying penny stocks has got to be the best way for a beginner to start trading the stock market. For those that don’t know what a penny stock is, its basically a stock that is traded on the over the counter market. Sometimes they are called Bulletin Board Stocks. Many people are quick to dismiss them as being disposable or that nobody cares about these stocks.

Well, that may be the case now, but I’m willing to bet if you took a look at a Fortune 500 list, you’d find a bunch of companies that many investors didn’t care about when they were just an upstart. It’s easy to follow companies like Microsoft now that they are incredibly powerful, but the tougher part would have been to follow that company at its infancy stage.

You see, that’s how the rich and successful get to where they are at. They take chances on companies that most people don’t.

Also, with buying penny stocks, the great saying rings true: Buy low, sell high! Well, it’s hard to buy much lower than penny stocks.

Think of the potential risk to reward that’s involved with buying penny stocks.

For example if you would invest in a 75 cent stock. If that stock went up another 75 cents for the year to $1.50, you have just doubled your money. Think how long its takes stocks like Microsoft for them to get a 100% increase in their price? It takes a quite a long time, especially considering their is a limit to their growth.

Chris Braff has become an extremely successful penny stock trader. He found a system which tells you where to find penny stocks that have the most chance of increasing in value. Click here to find out more information.

‘G’ Up For Energy Performance

From October 2008 landlords offering property for rent will be required by law to provide prospective tenants with an Energy Performance Certificate for their property.

The certificates (’EPCs’) will have to be provided free either when (or before) any written information about the property is provided to prospective tenants or a viewing is conducted. They will not have to be provided if the landlord believes the prospective tenant is unlikely to have sufficient funds to rent the property or is not genuinely interested in renting, or the landlord is unlikely to be prepared to rent the property to the prospective tenant.

A new certificate will not be required on each let since, in the case of rental property, EPCs will be valid for 10 years.

The requirement is being introduced to comply with the EU’s Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) which applies to all property, including rented property. This became law in 2003 and allowed until January 2009 for full implementation so as to provide time for sufficient numbers of energy assessor to be trained.

The Directive’s requirements have been introduced into English and Welsh law along with the controversial Home Information Pack regulations that require sellers to produce packs providing information about their title, local searched, plus an EPC. The full requirements are included in the Home Information Pack (No 2) Regulations 2007 and the Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007.

In Scotland, the Single Survey, the equivalent to HIPS, also includes an energy report requirement.

So far as energy performance is concerned, the regulations require an EPC when a building is constructed, sold or rented out. When included in a HIP related to a property sale, the EPC should be no more than 12 months old when the property is first marketed. In other circumstances EPCs have a 10 year life.

HIP requirements have already come into force so far as three and four bedroom properties are concerned. And EPCs will be required for all new builds from 6 April 2008, and for all rentals as from 1 October 2008.

In Scotland EPCs for rental properties will be required by January 2009.

By 2009, all buildings in the UK that are constructed, sold or rented out will have to have an Energy Performance Certificate. In the case of larger public buildings a ‘Display Energy Certificate’ will have to be on show.

There are a number of different permitted assessment methods, their use depending upon the type of building being assessed. Dwellings will usually be assessed using the ‘Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure’ (RdSAP), an industry agreed standard that allows some data to be inferred.

Its use involves inspectors collecting standard information on the type of property and construction, the property dimensions including room sizes, types of windows, room and water heating systems and controls, plus other details such as wall, loft and water tank insulation. Agreed reference coefficients are then applied to arrive at an energy rating.

EPCs for dwellings will rate the energy performance of buildings (not the appliances within them) on a scale of ‘A’ to ‘G’ - where ‘A’ is the most efficient, and ‘G’ the least. This will be displayed graphically in a similar way as present energy labelling on white goods such as fridges and washing machines.

Two ratings will be shown: an overall energy efficiency rating, and an environmental impact rating in terms of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions - the higher the rating, the less impact on the environment.

The idea is that because EPCs will be prepared using standard methods with standard assumptions, it will be possible to make comparisons of the energy efficiency of buildings. The Government argues that in the case of rental properties, high rating will be more desirable and will impact on the marketability of properties - and hence ultimately on rent levels.

EPCs will always be accompanied by a recommendation report including a list of measures (such as low and zero carbon generating systems) that would improve the energy rating of the building and an indication of the rating that could potentially be reached should these recommendations be implemented.

It suggested each year an estimated 2.5m plus homes will require an EPC.

ECPs may only be produced by authorised Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) who have been able to demonstrate appropriate qualifications or competence.

At least one DEA trainer is claiming, that besides benefiting from flexible working hours, qualified assessors will be able to earn up to £100,000 a year.

According to the Government, buildings are responsible for almost 50 per cent of all energy consumed in the UK and over a quarter of CO2 emissions, while forecasts suggest a large proportion of current buildings will still be in use in 2050.

An initial survey of EPC results found that on average four bedroom homes were being rated ‘E’. ‘This could potentially rise to a “C” if consumers undertake measures recommended in the certificates, such as loft and cavity wall insulation’, claimed the Government.

The top five recommendations given by assessors for improving energy efficiency have been: cavity wall insulation, changing to low energy lighting, putting thermostatic valves on radiators, loft insulation, and double glazing.

The Government said the price of an energy performance certificate will be set by the market and it expects the cost to vary according to the size, type and location of the property. However, it is predicting that the cost of a stand alone EPC for an ‘average’ home is approximately £100. This seems to be borne out by prices currently being quoted by providers.

The Government also suggests that the time taken to perform an energy assessment will be ‘about the same time as performing a housing valuation report’.

Landlords wishing to make energy saving improvements to their properties either before or after obtaining an EPC are offered some help from the Government.

The Landlord’s Energy Saving Allowance, originally introduced in April 2004, now covers loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, solid wall insulation, drought proofing, hot water system insulation, and floor insulation.

Expenditure on these items would otherwise be treated as capital expenditure - which means it could not be deducted from rental income to arrive at a taxable item. However, the LESA allows up to £1,500 per property spend on such items as a straight deduction from rental profits.

The allowance is to run until 2015. The ‘per property’ rule (rather than the former ‘per building’ restriction means that for a house converted into three flats an allowance of £4500 can be claimed. However, the allowance is not available for holiday lets or resident landlords.

Coin History - Aid To Finding & Building Coin Collections With Metal Detectors

March 1781, The Articles of Confederation gave Congress the right to determine the value and the alloy to be used in any coin struck in America. This gave the states the right to coin money, and New Hampshire was the first to take action but few of the coins made it into circulation. Several states, such as New Jersey, Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York began coining copper coins. In 1793 the US Federal Mint opened for business producing half-cents and cents because they were desperately needed for everyday commerce in the young but growing new nation. These early colonial and US Federal Mint coins have been found by metal detector users by extensive research and also by luck. The low mintage level meant fewer coins were lost and the likelihood of finding them with a metal detector greatly reduced.

Many half-cents and large cents minted from 1800 to 1857, when the era of their minting ended, have been located by detectorists, with the majority of them being found in the eastern sector of the US. My personal oldest is an 1812 Large Cent found at a spring in Palm Harbor, FL. This spring was known to be a watering spot for wagon trains going through Florida in the mid 1800’s and had become a favorite swimming and partying spot for teens in recent years. It was research that urged me to check it out and that 1812 cent was my reward. It was also the only non-modern coin I found as many others had hunted this spot before I did in the early 70’s.

As a young man in my early twenties, I learned a history lesson that has impacted my metal detector use for nearly 40 years. If you want to find a specific type or dated coin, i.e. Standing Liberty Quarters 1916-1930, you need to research and find settlement or building activity information corresponding to that time frame. The 1916 SL Quarter is extremely rare. To find one that has a date on it is extraordinary as only 52,000 were released into circulation in 1916 and the dates on all issues from 1916 to 1924 wore off quickly by handling. Research county or city building records, read early histories of your community and yes, if possible, talk to elderly people who were raised there. To find a quality rare 1916 Quarter, the areas checked should have had building activity between 1916 and early 1920’s. Looking in these areas will increase your chances of finding rarer tougher dates. I have found one with just a trace of the date and it was found on a researched school building site. This site also yielded a 1916 S Barber Quarter in VF, 1916 P & S Mercury Dimes in AU condition and a high grade 1916 Buffalo Nickel.

Silver coinage has great appeal to coin collectors and has a history worth investigating. The 1792 half-disme or half-dime is rumored to have been made from George Washington’s own silverware. This was the year before the US Mint actually opened and the half-dime was struck by the US Mint from 1794-1873. It may seem strange to us today that our first 5 cent coin was not a nickel, but a silver half-dime as nickel production did not begin until 1866. These beautiful small denomination silver coins of several varieties are also tough to find because of age and size. Research again is essential in finding many of these. I have found six dating from 1841-1857 ranging from AG (about good) to fine condition. Five of the six were found in researched sites and the lower condition coins probably reflect the fact that 1860 is the earliest settlement date for this community and only 2,000 people lived here in 1900. By 1900 very few of the half-dime coins were in general circulation.

Other silver denominations that have been struck include the 3-cent piece or “trime” as it was known, the dime, the 20-cent piece, the quarter dollar, half dollar and one dollar coins.

Why would our nation produce a 3-cent Silver coin? Postage stamps cost 3-cents for many years and convenience was important to the public. That is probably the reason that a 3-cent nickel was produced too (the convenience issue is why many coins have short-lived production). I have used coin history in finding both 3-cent coins but the numbers are small because mintages were low and the silver coins only minted between 1851-1873 and the nickel version from 1865-1889. I have found enough of the nickel type (a larger coin) to have filled more than half of the spots in the coin folder. Grade levels for most of these coins are lower than average as nickel coins do not do well in the ground.

The 20-cent coin is the toughest silver issue to find in the ground. Only the flying-eagle cent had a shorter life. Production of this type was only four years with coins issued for circulation 1n 1875 and 1876. This is the only type coin that I have not located with a metal detector. Finding one is my biggest challenge because production in 1875 included 1,155,000 coins from the San Francisco Mint, 133,290 from the Carson City Mint and only 39,700 from Philadelphia. To make it tougher, the demand was so low for the coin that the mint director Linderman ordered Carson City to melt all that it had on hand after producing only 10,000 for circulation in 1876. 12,359 coins were melted down leaving very few of the 1876 coins escaping into circulation and only 15,900 were produced in Philly and none in Franny for that year. This is an issue that very few metal detectorist have found, but I will keep trying!

The most sought after and most collected silver coin is the Morgan Dollar. Minted from 1878 to 1921 many millions were minted and large numbers of them, singularly and in caches, have been found with metal detectors. There were none minted between 1905 and 1920 and 1893 - 1895 mintages were low but applying the same type of building activity analysis can lead to some good detector finds. An upper class neighborhood area where many of the homes were built in the 1880 to 1900 time-frame has yielded several Morgan Dollars for me. A very valuable 1882 S in AU condition with doubling on both sides is the best, but choice 1885 O and 1896 coins are also nice additions to my collection.

I have applied the research principle of coin history to building time with all 20th century coin types. Whether it is houses, schools, commercial buildings or industrial structures, I have found numerous valuable coins with this technique. A home built in 1909 turned in a 1908 S Indian Cent and a 1909 S Lincoln. A two story house built in 1890 and used as a high school turned up nearly 40 V Nickels including a 1885 and a 1912 D (plus numerous turn of the century Indian cents). A commercial parking lot from an early 1900’s tanning business yielded a 1904 O and 1904 S Barber Halves with the New Orleans mint coin in XF and valued at $240. A school yard where the 1917 building was destroyed in 1964 yielded over 240 pre 1940 coins when the entire lot was leveled over a three month frame in 1978. Over 50 of those coins were Buffalo Nickels with 30 of them in the teen years. This is the same site mentioned above that turned up my rare 1916 SL quarter and as an unexpected bonus, the oldest of my metal detecting coin finds, an AD 69 Israel half-shekel.

I hope you have learned something about our nation’s coin history and how it can help you to add many older valuable coins to your coin collection while having much fun with your metal detector. Here’s to “diggin it”! Larry

Lose Weight By Creating Your Own Exercise Program

Experts recommend that you accumulate one hour of physical activity every day to stay healthy or improve our health. Obviously this is also good if you are trying to lose weight and keeping it off.

The rule is the more intensive the activity is, the shorter the duration of exercise. As you progress into activity with moderate intensity, you can cut down to 30 minutes a day for four days per week.

There are 3 types of exercise that your body needs to keep healthy - cardiovascular, flexibility and strength. Cardiovascular activities are those ranging from moderate to vigorous exercises.

Here are some of the light, moderate and vigorous activities:

Light activity : Light walking, stretching, volleyball (60 minutes)

Moderate activity : Swimming, cycling, dancing, brisk walking (30-60 minutes)

Vigorous activity : Jogging, basketball, aerobics, hockey, fast dancing (20-30 minutes)

Aerobic or cardiovascular activities help you to become slim and get your heart, circulatory system and lungs in great shape. If you are working out at between 65 to 90 percent of your maximum heart rate, you are exercising hard enough. Older adults and beginners should aim at working out at 40 to 50 per cent of their maximum heart rate. Activities include rowing, step aerobics, soccer, hiking, distance cycling and water aerobics.

An easier way to tell if you are working too hard or slacking off is by way of conversation, which if you can talk comfortably while exercising, you are not overdoing it.

Being flexible means that your joints can move fluidly through a full range of motion like bending and stretching. The more flexible you are the less likely you will get injured. There is a long term gain if you get into the habit of flexible activities when you get older. Flexible activities include mopping, yoga, bowling, sweeping, golfing, pilates, tai chi, curling.

Strength training or also known as resistance training builds muscular strength, tone and endurance. It improves posture, prevent injuries, reshapes problem areas, increases metabolism and helps to prevent osteoporosis. All health benefits of strength training can be achieved in two 15-20 minute sessions per week. Activities include climbing stairs, heavy yard work, pushups, squats, abdominal crunches and lifting free weights (dumbbells).

Throughout your program you must periodically increase the amount of work your muscles perform for example, you need to increase the amount of weight you lift or the number of pushups or situps.

The best time of the day to exercise will depend on what activity that you do. However studies have found that afternoon or early evening is best for strength training. Still it does not matter what is the best time to exercise. What is key is that you pick a time when your energy level is still, and when you feel motivated.

Raising a Healthy Dog - How to Take Care of Your Pet

Raising a healthy dog is simple. Food, water, and exercise. Right? Well, maybe, but pet health goes well beyond that. Dogs need not only food, exercise and water, they need lots of love, affection and medication. Yet, giving your dog a healthy diet and lifestyle can keep the dreaded vet trips at bay. Here are a few tips for keeping your dog’s health in check.

When it comes to what your dog eats, consider only quality, not quantity. Overfeeding your dog will be detrimental to pet health and cause obesity in your dog. Obese dogs will develop other medical conditions in time, such as diabetes. Yes, dogs, and even cats, can develop diabetes. It is not just a human disease. Also, giving your dog quality food means that they will have a strong pet health and bodily function. Stronger pet health means that they will be less likely to develop medical conditions. Vets state that dogs should get around forty per cent protein, fifty per cent vegetables and ten per cent carbohydrates. You can find that in most dog food, but you can also create your own organic diet for your dog too.

Exercise, exercise, exercise. Exercise is key for a dog. Getting regular exercise can keep your dog from developing detrimental psychological and emotional disorders. And yes, dogs can go crazy from boredom too. Plus exercise is great for maintaining proper pet health. Just like us, dogs need to maintain their body, which includes exercising the internal organs. But exercise is also important to dogs, since they are animals. They are used to being outside, running, hunting, and exercising regularly, so to keep them penned up all day long will cause stress and anxiety. This will also give you an opportunity to monitor pet health as well. Watch their run, their breathing, their behavior, as these can all be signs of illness.

Water. While dogs do not have to have six to eight eight ounce glasses of water as we do, they still need plenty of water. Dogs can get dehydrated easily, particularly during the summer months, so make sure that they have plenty of water. Unlike cats, dogs can survive for periods of time without water, but to maintain proper pet health and function, it is best to keep water handy for them at all times. It is also necessary to keep clean water out for your dogs too. Most people think that a bowl of water out in the yard is fine for their dog, but this can leave them vulnerable to disease and bacteria. Be sure to clean the bowl you put their water in regularly so your dog does not develop a serious medical condition.

With these few steps, you can keep a strong sense of pet health within your family. Your dog will thank you for spending time keeping them healthy and happy. You can see it in their eyes. You can see it in their gait. They rely on us to keep them safe, so make sure they are.
